Tankman 3,523 #51 Posted January 3, 2015 The 1642 Work Horse is up 'n running. Still need some TLC but, one item at a time. Here's the Horse today, too much gray, used some red on the belts (left 'n right). Added the height adjust for plowing, was a simple little project.

Geno 1,929 #54 Posted January 3, 2015 Looks good Tank. I think if you had new decals it would really make the red guards pop. Terry could do them red with grey writing, maybe a black pinstripe on them too wonder what that would look like on there?
Tankman 3,523 #55 Posted January 3, 2015 Decals and front tires on the to-do list. Thinkin' tri-ribs Shortened the taller (front) stack in line with the rear stack. This is a handicapped hand rail, SS, that I cut in two. Added a hole to the muffler and pop riveted the pair on. Grandsons' request. They like the look. The Work Horse is at the ready, 48" dozer and wheel weights. The Horse did plow 'bout three inches a few weeks ago. Pic doesn't show it but, a new dozer edge is now installed. Need some all black (not unlike the Deere covers at Lowes) high back seat covers. With the pouches in back. Anyone know a source?

You can mount the 10.5's on your rims but, lower air pressure to keep the tread flush.

I was thinking if you painted the whole work horse red see if terry could make black decals for it with the white lettering but i know no one wants these work horses painted all red but its just food for thought
Geno 1,929 #58 Posted January 4, 2015 I get these from Amazon Tank. They fit really well but you will have to take a black magic marker to the cub symbol, it will still show even after that a little. http://www.amazon.com/Cub-Cadet-49233-Tractor-Cover/dp/B004EPXZ8G/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1420339359&sr=8-2&keywords=tractor+seat+cover
