Your dad picked up some bits for your project when he dropped in yesterday - so don't plan on doing anything but resto, resto, resto this weekend! :)

It's going to look grand!

Hi Andy,

thanks for the wiring loom, that saved dad a lot of pain  :banana-tux:

He managed to fit and work out all the wires - even the connectors were there so it was even easier.

I'm really pleased it's ready for the first show next week, thanks again to my dad, grandad and uncle Ian for helping me get it all put back together. Also thanks (in no order) to Andy for the wiring loom, stig for the belt guard, points cover, float bowl and cylinder head, Anglotraction for the air filter housing, Mith the rear tyres and finally Neil for letting me buy the horse 20 months ago and bring it 300 miles back home.

She's looking good Ewan, enjoy yourself at the show...

Oh, thanks for the last photo.... It's reminded me that I need to drill holes in my 6X6's fenders to put the tail lights on before I start the filler work..

A project to be proud of Ewan. Good to hear the loom saved you a bit of time.

Enjoy your first show with it.

Tom.

Hi Ewan,

It looks great! You have done a brilliant job. I hope the show goes well. Also what paint did you use?

paint used was vapormatic Case IH red and the Case white for the off white - it's a bit more cream than the other preferred choice for wheels which is land rover limestone.
