rj58 original engine drive pulley size...

i actually have 2 questions im hoping someone can help me with... 1st my rj didnt come with an engine so im trying to figure out what size the original v-belt drive pulley on the motor was? and 2nd i took the rear inner tubes out and they had a threaded metal part where it went through the rim... does anyone know where to get these? or what everyone else uses? the tires are 6-12 by(23?) the tires just say 6-12 on them. thanks, Steve

Engine pulley is 2 1/2" OD with a 3/4" bore.

I just use new inner tubes.

thanks! i did use some new tubes but they both were flat the day after i had them put on... so im not sure if the tire shop did something or i had the wrong tubes? i did notice the valve stems seemed to be bent in a weird way to stay through the rim though. just dont know where im going wrong and dont want to make the same mistake again... any advice?
