My son has a Wheel Horse drag also, differences are this one has the chisels held in with a wedge. His has a clamp. Front bar on this one is flat iron and his has a piece of channel. This one has rivets and square nuts holding it together. Could this be an early Wheel Horse?

Here's my Wheel Horse - branded harrow:

It is (highly) possible that an 'outside' company made these for OEM manufacturers, just like trailers, moldboard plows, lawn sweepers, etc.

I have the same one for use on a Sears 3pt. Going adapt it to WH 3pt so I can use it on the 195's So I think your right TT
