cmglis02 0 #1 Posted November 1, 2012 I have a 1957 Wheelhorse RJ-35 im restoring and was wondering how the reverse on it is supposed to work. Does anyone know how the reverse works on these? VinsRJ 723 #2 Posted November 1, 2012 You should have a a bronz reverse disc on your engine pulley which engages the veri drive when you pull the speed selector handle to its full rear-ward position. You may have to make a couple adjustments to your adjuster rod in order to get it to work properly. I typically leave the reverse disc off because after the first time you hear the grinding noise you will never use it again, LOL! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
