doowopdon43 0 #1 Posted October 21, 2012 Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the size screws (6 total) it takes to mount the factory elbow rests to the back of the seat. The seat is a standard issue one for that model that my Toro dealer sold me. It appears they need to all be 1/2" long, and 5/16" diameter, but I'm not sure if the threads are sae or metric. 312Hydro 474 #2 Posted October 21, 2012 Don, I pulled one out of my '95 and it is a button head allen with a 3/8" coarse thread, 5/8" long on the thread not including the head. I tried the screw in a die just to make sure and a metric tap would not start in the seat.

Tankman 3,523 #4 Posted October 21, 2012 Doubt metric, here we use Imperial. 3/8" sounds right. I need arm rests too, miss 'em sometimes.
