10 HP Kohler governer adjustment??

A long time back I remember a post about adjusting the governer on a 10Hp kohler, thought I printed it up for my file but can't find it. The service book just tells me to move the spring up one hole to adjust sensitivity. I am looking for the info about holding the pin and moving the arm right or left. Any help will be appreciated.
