picked up a sickle bar SMS-425

found a $25 simplicity tractor snow blower on craigslist. went to go pick it up and guy let me look around the old cattle barn and i found this sickle bar laying there . told me it came on his 552 he has.

seems to be in decent shape and looks to be all there but missing the swath bar . need to change one of the flange bearings and the belt , then going to mount it on my 877 and try it out.

I may do a possible trade if someone has a simplicity sickle bar or simplicity front mount weed cutter.

Is this round bar in the correct spot ?

Looks complete and that round bar is in the correct spot. The bar keeps from loading lots of weeds in that spot when cutting.

Looks like my 7-1311 that just was delivered. Except mine has the foot pedal where the stub sticks out in the fifth picture

I also have a Simplcity sicklebar if you want to run over and trade
