jbumgarner 12 #1 Posted September 25, 2012 I know this question has been asked, but I can't find the answer so I thought I would just ask. I have a 702 and want to put bigger tires on it. I found a listing for a set of JD wheels with 23x12.5x12 Duro Ag tires and want to know if they will fit before I make the guy an offer. The tires are loaded with washer fluid, adding 53lbs per tire. Will this have any negative effects on the transmission. I would also like to see any pics of a similar set of tires on a round hood. I know someone has the answers. Thanks in advance. AMC RULES 37,203 #2 Posted September 25, 2012 Not sure but with the height of that tire, you may need to take the fenders off, but other than that they should fit fine.
littleredrider 409 #3 Posted September 25, 2012 Are you sure that is the tire size? I've been looking for fat Ag tires, and 23x10.5x12s is the fattest I can find, save for the 26s. But they will fit, I have an 854 with 23x10x12s turfs on a 10" wide wheel, and really depends on the offset of the wheel. WH have like a 2" b/s wheel, anything more (or less depending how you look at it) will require the hubs to be moved out. A 6-12 is roughly the same height as a 23....
