SousaKerry 503 #2 Posted September 24, 2012 Done it a couple of times, it is a bit of a pain as it does push you around a bit especially when you hit a rock. Just have to keep a firm hand on the motion control lever and don't be afraid to jamb it in reverse to keep it under control. But over all it ain't bad here are some results from last weekend
can whlvr 994 #3 Posted September 26, 2012 i like it when breaking new ground,i can go slower than the 8 speed, yes you have to adjust the motion lever alot but it works good
Wheel-N-It 2,976 #4 Posted September 26, 2012 I've only tilled with an 8speed. Not much of a learning curve to it. Basically just put it in low and go.

rydogg 186 #7 Posted September 27, 2012 I have tilled with a C160 8 speed and a C141 hydro and preferred the 8 speed for better speed control but the hydraulic lift on the C141 made lifting the tiller a breeze.
Wheel-N-It 2,976 #8 Posted September 28, 2012 I have tilled with a C160 8 speed and a C141 hydro and preferred the 8 speed for better speed control but the hydraulic lift on the C141 made lifting the tiller a breeze. i installed an extra lift assist spring to help with raising the tiller. Having two springs really helps make lifting the tiller manually almost effortless compared to just using one spring.
