208-4sb mower deck to 212-5 tractor

Will the mower deck from a 208-4sb fit a 212-5?

Yes you shouldn't have any issues moving from one 200 series to the other. The 212 will handle it a little bit better than your 208.

As long as you aren't trying to transfer to a 265......you are all set. That is a different beast completely.

The mower deck will attach, the mounting points are the same. I'm not sure if there will be any issues with the front tires rubbing the mower deck at full lock..

Also, having a wheelbase wider than the deck will limit how closely you can cut to objects in your lawn.
