Mikez655 6 #1 Posted August 5, 2012 Hey everyone I just put a new battery in my horse and and tested everything to see if the alternator was charging it correctly and its not reading what it should. The the charging volts are very low. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how can I fix it? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
pfrederi 18,757 #2 Posted August 6, 2012 Remove the lead from the rectifier panel to the battery. The using your AC multi meter check the output (use the two terminals marked gen on the corners of tthe panel) You should get 35v at full throttle.
