Picked up some good paper work on WH stuff at the show!

I picked up some nice old manuals and a 1969 WH Brochure for reasonable prices, well I had to talk him down some! I got the RJ58-RJ59 Owners Manual for $10.00 and the rare 1960 Owners Manual for the 400 and 550, got it for $10.00 too, he wanted $12.00 each. Then he had this nice WH Brochure from 1969 for $25.00 and I offered him $20.00 since it had red marker writing on the front cover, so he took that offer too. This stuff is super hard to find. The Brochure has a cool Indy 500 picture with a 1969 WH with a automatic transmission, pulling a race car. Notice the white wall tires and it looks like there is a crossed flag sticker down at the bottom of the front grill, not sure though. It also mentions that WH was at the Indy 500 for the 8th straight year. Cool so that means they started going there in 1961, I've seen some 1963 WH's there but not any mid engined 'Horse's. Keith

You mean like this Keith? 1961 551 (actually there's a pair of them if you look in the background) I posted this photo and a bunch of others in this topic.... a long time ago.
