Kelly 1,028 #4 Posted July 16, 2012 Make sure the parking brake arm under the center console is free and not rusty, I've had them stiff and make the forward control very hard to move and they will limit travel so you will not have full forward movement, if you push the brake pedal with the cover off you will see the part that centers the hydro control that is what I'm talking about, I've fixed a few that were that way.
