522xi and Got A Horse stickers!

I went to my local dealer to get a head gasket for my daughters lawn ranger today, and I spot this 522xi out front. The guy is asking $1200 with 900+ hours on it. Paint is rough and faded, and the engine is covered in grease and oil. what do you think?
