Thanks for the info Kelly. I thought it was 1" and I might be close enough for him to use.

All:

THANKS for the replies!! The shaft size is 1 1/8 inch; O.D. of the pulley is 5 1/8 inch. Again, this is the ELECTRIC PTO clutch. A good used one is FINE; please advise on shipping cost and price of item to zip codde 17756.

Thanks to everyone!!!!

The inside of the PTO is threaded (5/8 course thread if memory serves me correctly). Just get a

quality bolt that size (if I'm correct), put the bolt in the end of the PTO, it will hit up against the

end of the crank and pull itself off the crank as you 'tighten' it.

We have a new 1 inch included in the flood parts for sale but it is frozen --

Made another attempt to get mine off the crank. No luck!

I have pressure on a 3/4"jack bolt in the tapped hole in the bore of the clutch against the end of the crank, and have pressure between the inner clutch pulley and the drive pulley with six 3/8" jack bolts.

Can heat be used w/o damage to the clutch??

Any other ideas ???????????

Okay -- it's 3/4 in. not 5/8 --

Are you using plenty of quality penetrating oil like Kroil ??

Cautiously try using a quality 1/2 electric/air impact wrench. Puts direct torque straight

onto the bolt instead of twisting as a breaker bar would.

You were correct, it is 5/8-11 tap in the bore of the clutch. This morning I added 4 more 3/8" jack bolts (10 total) between clutch and drive pulley, and slowly increased torque on all 11 bolts, and finally got movement. After it broke free, it slid right off. It is a 1 1/8" bore with 5 1/4" OD on the large inner pulley.

Tom, do you still need one? It weighs 9 lbs. About 9" dia (with antirotation bar) and 5" high.
