tomtractor 71 #1 Posted July 5, 2012 Can anyone ID this implement?
JUSS10 250 #2 Posted July 5, 2012 pretty sure its a sickle bar mower for a walk behind tractor. i know what model tractor it goes on but its slipping my mind right now... simplicity maybe?
mrocket49 23 #3 Posted July 6, 2012 If that drive pulley was on the other side, it looks like you could rig that up to work on a Wheel Horse.
Foozerush 40 #4 Posted July 7, 2012 It would have to come off a walk behind, just like JUSS10 stated... Pulley on wrong side for WH and older sears tractors, but the bracket behind pulley almost looks like my plow for my sears SS-16, looks like it slides into the frame and bolts up. But dont see how it would raise up for transport, so I believe it's for a walk behind. Looks like it could tear up some tall grass and weeds!!
DeWayne 1 #5 Posted July 13, 2012 I have an old Bolens Power-hoe walk behind and the indexing point looks to be very close. Belt is on the correct side but these machines were an ugly green color as far as I can tell. What about a David Bradley? Seems like they were red.
diesel cowboy 263 #6 Posted July 13, 2012 The David Bradley looks similar but the pulley is on the otherside close to the middle and the pitman setup is in the middle. Maybe a Simplicity?
