twinblade 0 #1 Posted July 2, 2012 I've never purchased a WH new, so I don't know what is required to add a bagger to one. I've got two 38" WH right now and would love to add a bagger since side discharge won't work for me and I've got enough tatch for now. One is model 71227 if that helps with answering. How exactly does the grass get all the way up into the bags? Is there a fan in line or something which would keep the air flow moving? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Foozerush 40 #2 Posted July 2, 2012 Usually for bagging grass, you install special blades that create more air flow to push the cut grass through the tube to the bags. Then there are trac-vac that sometimes has a small engine inline in the tube that moves the grass to a trailer you pull to collect the grass, and seen them also run a blower off the deck powered by a pulley on your mower deck.
