1962 502, Should I buy it?

I stumbled across a 1962 502 for sale. It is in all original condition, but doesn't run. Although it comes with a brand new 5.5 Honda motor to replace the non-running Tecumseh. The tractor also comes with a snow plow. Everything seems to be in decent shape. He is asking $250 and that is the lowest he will go. Is it worth it? I think so? Thanks for the input!!

Does the plow and dump trailer go with it? if so yes that is a good deal, if not it's still a good deal if it is a real honda not a clone, if you pass on this let me know I might be interested in looking at it closer.

Thanks for the info Kelly! The plow does come with it, but the trailer is his neighbors. I believe the spare engine is a Harbor Freight clone. Hopefully I will be buying it tonight!!

You shouldnt buy it and then tell me where it is so i can! Haha Wish i could find something like that in my area. I would really like a round hood but just havent found the right deal yet. Nice score though!

I too think it is a good deal even with the Harbor Freight motor. The plow is probably worth 1/2 the total amount.

I am looking to add a 502 to my collection so I wouldn't hesitate to pay that price since it comes with the plow and an extra engine. Finding the correct Lauson can be difficult but not impossible. Hope you get it and lets see some more pictures.
