Suburban ID?

Have the opportunity to buy this suburban but before making the long drive to pick it up I need help identfying a possible model number. The seller isn't sure and thought it was a 400. I'm pretty sure its not but have been wrong before :). Is $150 a fair price?

Here's what I see. Hood appears to be 1960 by the square c/t control cutout. Can't see whether there's a hole or hole plug to the right of the steering column. If no hole or hole is plugged, should be a 400. If there is an open hole, could be a 550. Hole was added mid-production to accommodate the electric start of the 550. Hood stand is not original, appears to be homemade/fabricated. Original should be a flat piece of sheet metal with a hole cut in it for the fuel line to pass through. Also there is a fabbed riser/repair at the lower edge of the front of the hood. Possibly from someone fitting a larger engine to the tractor at some point. Quite frankly, that's nice to see. Most people just cut off the back of the hood to do it.

Personally I don't see $150. I'd be thinking more along the lines of about a $75-100. Could be higher for you guys back east, but with the repairs and missing a lot of parts (some potentially higher dollar ones) I just don't see that asking price. Not for a Suburban. Maybe an RJ.
