Some parts on my wh 211-5 made in 1984 are getting hard to find or discontinued all together. What other wheel horse models are close to the same design as my 211-5 ? I am the guy with the rusted on wheels in the back still trying to get off 2 cans of pb blaster, now on a can of liquid wrench. Also am trying my propane torch to heat up around the axel with no luck. Any other tractor wheels that will fit the axel on my 211-5? Like Craftsman or Cub Cadet? the rear tire size is 18x9.50-8 so I dont know if that tells the size of the rims? I am learing as I go with this tractor.

I had a 210-H that had the keyed axle. I used some JD wheels on the back for a set of AG's in the winter. I had to make some spacers as the "tube" of the wheel was shorter but it wasn't hard.

Bring the tractor by the house, I have a few wheels off that may fit.

Use a hole saw right above the key way then a sawall down to the key should loosen them up to get them off.

I've also some luck with the transmission hanging from a large vice with the wheel on top and using a 5/8" steel bar to drive them out. May need to find some way to catch the transmission before it hits the floor. This last way did require cutting up the wheel.

I don't know if I'm outside of the box with this thought as there are a lot of different style rear wheels used on those little LT's. But if destroying the wheel is the only option to remove it, couldn't you drill 3 holes through the body of the wheel to get bolts through with nuts on the back, and then just use a universal/harmonic balancer puller to yank the wheel off without risk of damage to the axles?

make a home made puller just need a piece of flat bar with 3 holes and a piece of threaded rod and 2 nuts and a couple of bolts. Drill the holes the same pattern as the wheel weight holes in the rims bolt the bar in place, grind a point on one end of the threaded rod and insert it into the center hole put your nut on the threaded rod and instant puller. once you have the wheel under tension smack it with a hammer a few times to shock it and it should start to pop off
