squonk 43,821 #1 Posted June 9, 2012 I'm thinking I want to install a rear lift on my C-160. I can fab a rock shaft and have most of the misc. pieces all ready. Just need a clevis hitch. My question is this: My C is kind of a mongrel. It's a 76 but it has the flip up seat like the earlier ones. The parts breakdown for my model shows a different seat pan. This is the style I have. Any one got pics of the rock shaft mounting with this style rear?
Kelly 1,033 #2 Posted June 10, 2012 They did not use or make a rockshaft for that style, the 76 should have the solid mount fender and would have been able to had a rockshaft installed.
squonk 43,821 #3 Posted June 10, 2012 `Thanks Kelly. That answers my question. I knew I had something different than what was supposed to be on it.
squonk 43,821 #4 Posted June 10, 2012 I have the correct seat pan mount I need on a spare hydro unit sitting on my floor in my shed. With some careful drilling can I mount my flip style fender pan to it? Looks like I need to drill 4 mounting holes and a hole to get to the dip stick. I don't like the flip feature anyway.
