tomtractor 71 #3 Posted May 30, 2012 The guy says he moves it around his yard before mowing. It has 2 transmissions. One up top from an old motorcyle and one below from a Ford model a. It has breaks. The guys said that the front is from an old ford? Who knows.

AMC RULES 36,958 #6 Posted May 30, 2012 If it's available, you should make him an offer. :twocents-twocents:
tomtractor 71 #7 Posted May 30, 2012 I would make him an offer if I had the extra cash. Not today. Maybe some other time. Yes it's a Briggs. It resembles a Gard'n Mast'r which I have. I don't need another tractor - although if the price was right who on this forum could actually resist. I don't know how many homemade tractors are out there. They have their own romance to them. Pieces of cars/trucks/tractors probably made in someones backyard. Only one like it has a certain allure. Yankee ingenuity. Got to love it.
Sparky-(Admin) 19,673 #8 Posted May 30, 2012 Looks like it was a well made tractor. I really like the full rear fenders, small chrome caps and the rear tail light! Mike............
