Hello,

How can i make the gauge cover clear again?

I'm not sure that you can. The discolouration is caused by the UV in sunlight and isn't just a surface effect.

You can try pollishing the surface of the plastic (using metal polish) to make it shiny again but I doubt the discoloration will go away.

These are Kelch gas cap / gages and I'm guessing that yours is a screw thread. Check the length of yours - they come up on ebay from time to time.
