Pulley attachment for tillers

Obie130, here are the pictures and measurements of the midmount tiller idler pulley bracket or tensioner.










The large pulley measures 4 1/4" across, 1/2" vee for the belt, and has a 3/4" shaft.
The guide pulley measures 2 1/2" across, not quite 7/8" for the belt, and has a 5/16" shaft.

what size are the brackets that hold the pulleys and how long is the 3/4 rodfrom end to end? it looks like the end is threaded
