Cutting the grass (when I could get some seat time!)

So this weekend was a window of sun in an otherwise very wet period here in the UK. The folks came over and they spent some time on the vegetable patch whilst I gave the grass a much needed cut (only the second of the season as finding time is proving difficult)

I cut as high as I could with my trusty 312-8 and RD deck on the Saturday, then vacuumed the cuttings up with the trailed vac.

Once my daughter saw the tractor was out however, she left the veg patch and raced over to have a drive. I can't get her out of the seat

Then we all went next door to the pub for some much needed food and drink. A perfect weekend! :handgestures-thumbupright:

Nice pictures Darren, you certainly have the technology to cope with monsoon season, (what a contrast from last spring).

Sounds like you've got this life thing sorted....pub next door too. :)

Welcome back Rex I hope you had a good break!

The vac-bagger bracket has made it on to the back of the tractor (first pic) BTW.

I'm just waiting on the reconstruction of my SD deck to have a go at putting it to work for the fiddly bits!

(A big thanks to Rex for agreeing to sell me his Powerflow bagger for the bits that a trailed solution just can't reach! )

being that i live just a few miles down the road Darren , i really think i need to come to glouster to get that vacumm outa your way,, that thing must be just cluttering up your garden and just getting in the way so i will get it outa the way for you :teasing-poke:
