Ken B 3,189 #1 Posted May 3, 2012 I'm not really sure where to post this so feel free to move it. I'm looking for the manuals on everything for my pre Toro Wheel Horse 520. The numbers I have are 31200E0l 10445 and Model # 7351. I went to the Toro site and it is telling me invalid serial #? Can anyone tell me what yr. this thing is and how to download the free manuals? You wrote 31200E0l The dash - is required OE is Onan Eaton letters The last 2 are numbers 01 This is a 1988 model and everything 1990 and older requires the word none for a serial number. (the middle is letters OE... end is numbers 01 ) It should come right up in the Toro solution center...downloadable owners (32 pg) and parts (100 pg) manuals.(I just did it, it worked for me.) If you use the link below there is no serial number at spot at all.
