Tiller No. 07-36TL02. How to put oil seals?

Do you have take the gear case apart to put in the seals around the tine shaft??????????????

No but you have to remove the tines (They are part of a tube that slides over the shaft) and then carefully clean the shaft smooth out any nick dings etc and put tape over the key ways so you do not damage the seal getting it on
