Kirb1 0 #1 Posted April 24, 2012 Hello all. I have a C-120 Hydro that has been a great tractor. I broke the connecting rod over the winter due to too heavy oil on a very cold day. Everything else in the Kohler looks good so I may put a rod in and run it. I'm considering selling it because its too small for the land I mow. What's the value on it as is as compared to running? I'm also debating on getting it running and finding a plow or blower and keeping it for that. Any thoughts are appreciated.
1maidenfan 202 #2 Posted April 24, 2012 Keep it, fix it ! Not that much to replace a rod and bearing. :WRS:

pfrederi 18,711 #4 Posted April 24, 2012 I would not buy a non running hydro for anything above parts price. Too much risk the engine wasn't the only problem (eg a weak/worn hydro) not running no way to test it.
