B-8074 19 #1 Posted April 13, 2012 I just put on my new to me deck #78345 on and have a question. I leveled it according to the manual but when I lower it to start mowing the front wheels of the deck are about two inches off the ground. Is this normal? I have the height set at one notch below the full cutting height.
bowtiebutler956 649 #2 Posted April 13, 2012 That's normal on my 36" SD. The front wheel in not adjustable, so when I have my deck on the upper settings it doesn't touch. Matt :flags-texas:

B-8074 19 #4 Posted April 14, 2012 Thanks. Just wanted to make sure cause it didn't look right. Now my son and I are headed up north of I-80 for the first day of trout in Pa.. I'll have to keep an eye out for any stray horses since its been years I was up that way.
Hydro 130 #5 Posted April 14, 2012 You will appreciate the cut. They do a great job because of the way they mount. The deck rests on only the two back wheels.
