electro 12 dirt blade

hello, gentlemen i have an electro 12 with no motor. i would like to put a dirt blade on it does any one have experience with a hydro pushing dirt? any thoughts would be great! thanks for your time.

Hey Roost....better get an engine in that Electra.....lol. I got three hydros that push just fine. I wouldn't be banging around with them though.

yes, putting a engine in it would be good! do you have any close up pics for the dirt blade, as far as the lift part of it. when you get time of course. i want to build one.

Do you mean a front push blade or a grader blade. A couple guys on here have made theirs. I have front blades for pushing. Canwhlvr made one not long ago.

It'll do just fine as long as the hydro is strong. Don't over due it, take half bites if you are pushing piles of dirt if you have to. I leveled over 20 yrds of top soil with a little old 702. She did just fine. The Electro 12 is one of my favorite models.
