ba2988 28 #2 Posted April 9, 2012 The part on the right is a piece needed to lift implements on the rear of the tractor. It installs under the rear fender just above the transmission - and you would need a cable running through a tube which attaches to the rock shaft (I think thats what its called) at the middle of the tractor. Part on the left I'm not sure of but it looks like the lift bar that attaches to a mower deck or snow plow to lift them up.
MalMac 1,332 #3 Posted April 9, 2012 The smaller part goes under your seat pan in between the pan support. It is part of your lifting mechanism your clevis hitch and also used on lifting the tiller. The other part looks like part of a t-bar for lifting mower deck and plowblade.
darren 49 #4 Posted April 9, 2012 The item on the right looks like a lift hitch. it'd mount the other way up, with the two ends of the rod going through plastic bushings at the top of the U-shaped bit of metal above the trans (the one which the fuel tanks sits around. It should have some circlip grooves to locate it. The notches are for the end of a chain which goes to the rear hitch. I'm guessing the one on the left is a lift arm of some description that goes under the belly of the tractor.. I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along in a moment :)
leeave96 490 #5 Posted April 9, 2012 The item on the right is the lift for the clevis hitch. The item on the left, I am 99% sure is the mower/blade lift arm and goes under the tractor. Both are keepers until you get more familiar with the tractor and attachments to see if you need/want to use them. Good luck, Bill
6wheeler 669 #6 Posted April 10, 2012 Right one is a rockshaft for lifting implements(you need 2 bushings and c-clips to go with it) left is the lift bar for decks or plow and such. rear? mystery oil container. Looks like it will hold up to a quart, maybe just a touch more and it is reddish pink in color probably containing some sort of petroleum based or synthetic based lubricant of unknown viscosity. Then there is the potting type bench holding it all with some sort of mystery container being yellow and black in color beneath it all. And, what appears to be a house or other type building directly behind it all . My sig.says I have useless information(its not like you weren't warned) . Nice paint on the parts.

Look like steps to a door threshold to me.... not a potting bench. :ychain:

Or parts storage . mrocket49 23 #12 Posted April 11, 2012 Actually, I think he was asking about the yellow thing which is partially obstructed by the wooden steps with those red things on it. Could you post a better picture of the yellow thing?

Rooster 192 #14 Posted April 11, 2012 See if there is a camshaft in it...I been missing a Cam for 5 years and I KNOW I put it in the bucket with all the other parts! Maybe your bucket is the other end of the bucket parts portal that mine apparently has?
