I need to fix or replace my mower belt tensioner on my workhorse 800

This is a pic of the tractor with the tensioner I'm talking about. The problem is in the pivot arm on the tensioner. The shaft and bushing? are wearing out and causing it to ride a little crooked on the shaft which in turn causes the belt to ride right up against the edge of the pulley. It eventually chews up the belt. Would it be possible to re-fab this peice or would anyone possibly have one they would be willing to part with?
