Deck Hanger question

I recently acquired what I think is a deck hanger in amongst a haul of other WH bits and bobs. Here is a picture of it:

Am I right about what it is?

If so, is it the Charger / Raider models that it's for?

I come up with a yes at least the 1970 models these are the decks it will work on(model 42 inch 5-1423,48 inch deck 5-1483, 36 inch deck 5-7366.These are USA models
