hitch, sleeve, clevis ???

Since I am out in Oregon finding parts is a little difficult. Does anyone here know of a post or have you built a sleeve hitch for a wheel horse from scratch. I have the tools but not the design or meassurements to do so. I looked for a link but have not found one. Please let me know. Chris
