Need to "fab" a tiller lift plate bracket - HELP!

I have seen a drawing with the exact dimensions for a Tiller (79271) lift plate. I am wanting to fab one for my tiller (7-1251) to lift it. The plate is approx. 5" X 7" X ¼" and has 4 - 11/32" holes ( one hole on each corner of the adapter plate) for carriage bolts and has a 2" X 5" X ¼" vertical piece with a hole drilled for the lift cable/chain. I know there is a drawing that a RS member has posted, but I can't find it!!! Anyone know what I referring to?
