Rebuild yard cart to fertilize yard

Recommended Posts

1maidenfan

Wife ran over my yard cart, :auto-swerve::angry-banghead: sitting beside the barn, one night coming home from work. Don't use it much but I do use it to carry my make-shift yard sprayer. :eusa-think:

Great weather this weekend :techie-eureka: so time to make something to carry sprayer till I can find and purchase a wheel horse cart. Hint, hint. :teasing-poke: Started out by cutting the axle and any thing else I could use. Found some scrap lumber in the barn and bolted what was left to it. Made some tie downs for ratchet straps and now I'm ready to spray. Tires are golf cart tires with fabricated hubs with 3/4 i.d. bearings that mount to the 3/4 axle.

NO! :laughing-rolling:

Brought it in side barn after I finished work on the mower deck, not going through that again. :kbutt: I had the old cart reinforced with 1" angle iron on the three sides and down the attaching bracket.

Spent almost $3000 fixing the damage to her Jeep :jaw: :ranting:

NICE!!!

You won't mind if I come by sometime and take a walk through your barn, right? Pay no attention to the trailer parked outside the door. :)

And almost nothing to make something useful out of your Wheel Horse cart. Hmmm.
