B-80 won't start

Recommended Posts

608KEB

I degreased the motor 4-5 days ago sprayed it off with water, started it afterwards. I let it run about 5-10 minutes. Then I started it an hour after that. I tried to start it today and it won't start. It does have spark. But the spark looked a little faint. Any suggestions? KB

BOWTIE

HELLO, MY GUESS IS MOISTURE UNDER THE POINT COVER. ONCE YOU GOT IT HOT IT CREATED MOISTURE. BLOW IT DRY OR JUST LET IT AIR OUT. GOOD LUCK

:text-yeahthat: Biggest problem with washing the engine is water getting into the points cover. Take it off and let it dry out. Also be sure that water did not get down into the top of the coil.
