Kohler k321 QS

I have a kohler 321 QS 14 horse with spec # 60124b i see in the wheel horse model spec sheet in 1971 the spec number is a 6012 but the motor model number is a k 321a will the motor i have work in my 1974 c120 eight speed and how much work does it involve,, this motor right now is on a jacobson golf three gang reel mower i once used i have be trying to rework my tekky electrical witch is on it now i looked at jacobson just to see what motor was on it i forgot all about it

Ok went on kohler engine spec sheet figured out what q and s stand for the s is electric start and the q stands for quiet model just not sure if i need to change oil pan on my model?

The wheel Horse oil pans have two tapped bolt holes on the bottom PTO side of the pan to bolt it to the frame. The shaft is larger also.

I have this 14 horse kohler i have figured out how the model #,spec #, and ser. # works now my Question is the letter A in the model number stands for oil pan i have a 1974 c 120 wheel horse when looking at the wheel horse file in the file section showing all makes and model numbers and motor numbers in 1974 they used 14 horse kohlers with no letter A in the model # until 1978 my question is do i not need to change the oil pan on the motor i have and will it bolt on to my motoe plate as is
