BairleaFarm 339 #1 Posted July 5, 2008 You saw the post I made yesterday about the 1077 The tractor I got today is way better looking and it mows. Its in great shape and mows well. The wiring has been messed with but everything works they way it should. I think its safe to say that the air filter assem. came off a Cub.
TT-(Moderator) 1,129 #2 Posted July 5, 2008 Yep... that one looks MUCH better! Move the mower drive belt to the inside groove on the PTO pulley and it will mow even better. (as long as it doesn't hit the bottom of that BIG muffler. ) The air filter cover actually looks like one for a generator. Some models had a fresh air duct that mated up to the two large holes. (like on an RV with the generator mounted in a side compartment.)
BairleaFarm 339 #3 Posted July 5, 2008 It mows good already. Ill move that belt and see how much better it does. This also came with a set of smaller rears. Cant pass up a set of free tires you know.
