60 Suburban Brake Shaft Seal

Would anyone have the part number for a brake shaft seal for a 60 Suburban 5003. This would be the seal used with the Torrington B1212 brake shaft bearing, not the RJ R12 bearing. Over all demesions would be 3/4" shaft, 1" OD and 1/8" width.

Any cross ref number to Timken/National seal would be great!
