I am picking up a charger 12 this weekend, i was wondering if the blade for my b-80 will work on the charger 12 since the b-80 blew up.

Thanks

Yes, just swap everything over.....rear axle bracket, lift link & plow.

The 3 speed B 80's were a mid frame, but still use the long frame snow plow.

I never put a tape measure to one & seen where they were shorter at though.

Have had both types 3 speed B-80 with the mid frame & an 8 speed B-80 with the standard long frame.

The '74/'75 B-80 4 speeds are 43.5" vs. 45.5" wheelbase. The two inch difference is between the mid hitch and the front of the frame.

Knowing what blade is actually on the B-80 would be a huge help. :thumbs2:

Edited due to a prior post being removed. My original post no longer made sense - and maybe it still doesn't. :ychain:

Yes its the correct blade, I got the B-80 with blade and deck from the original owner along with all the manuals. It is the 8 speed B-80 if that helps in any way.
