DMK855 15 #1 Posted January 25, 2012 I am doing a clean up on a K341 and upon removing the flywheel two of the magnets were loose from the inside of the flywheel. Is there a way to get them back in place?? Tractor actually charged fine with them the way they were, but it can't be too good on the stator!! Thanks in advance!! Flatheadpuller 6 #2 Posted January 25, 2012 you can actually clean up where they were with some course emory cloth. Clean the back side of the magnet up and use some two part epoxy to reinstall them. Just make sure they get put back correctly. Compare them with the others that havent moved and how there magnetic poles are. Be sure to install the loose one the same. I have used jb weld for this and two part epoxy for automotive body panels. Doesnt take much. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
