MY LONG B-80

Recommended Posts

rockinhorse

Ok it's taken 2 days for me to figure out how to down size a few of these pics . having trouble getting the size down below 1mb. Anyway this was my summer project. Started out as a B-80 now it's almost 8 ft. long. Drive belt is 139 inches long . I changed pulley sizes front & back , moves a lot faster now . Back half is from a commando 800 . Sheet metal work (running boards, belt guard) was made by my neighbor. First time using a hplv sprayer it does a nice job. First show i took it to Rushville, in. steam engine show it turned some heads. Been to portland summer show & fall swap meet also. Hope to start on another project as soon as i find a tractor to start with.

thanks rockinhorse

THANKS GUYS

No shifting is not hard to do . Once you get use to shifting behind you it's easy. Back tires on in these pics are 24 x 12 x 12 . Have painted wheels front & rear black now and put on 24 x 13 x12 soft -trac tires.

thanks rockinhorse

You might have had trouble downsizing photos but you had no problems "upsizing" your B-80! LOL! WOW! It looks like a stretch limo.

Would work real nice with a mid-mount grader blade.

Bob you do not want to get in a tight spot . Have to swing wide and turn tight .
