Ken B 3,189 #1 Posted December 10, 2011 I bought this tractor a few weeks ago right outside Pottstown PA. That is a 3 hr. ride for me. I kept telling myself on the way there that if this thing ain't what the guy explained to me on the phone that I was going to go home empty. Well, that didn't happen. When I got there I was quite suprised at what I saw. The tractor was only supposed to need an exhaust valve. The motor was completely taken apart and it needs alot more than an exhaust valve. The tractor itself was completely apart. The seat pan was split in two due to major rust (he said it was never left outside?) The steering box was a total loss, a few parts for the clutch were missing and the transmission was apart and in a box, basically a parts tractor. I voiced my displeasure with the seller and told him he can throw my offer that we settled on over the phone out the window. Here it is 3 weeks later, it should make a good work tractor. dgoyette 12 #3 Posted December 10, 2011 Very nice. Love those PK's! With enough weight that will push a ton of snow. It loathsome when people are dishonest over the phone about the condition of what they are selling. I don't get it? They know you are going to see it and be pi$$ed off, so what could they be thinking? Just saying what it takes to get you there I guess??

The funny thing is I stressed to him multiple times that it was a 3 hr. ride for me in a truck that gets 11 mpg on a good day. The guy seemed like a real nice guy, just down on his luck and hard up for cash.
