Trying to contact vinylguy52 via forum and e-mail without response... any ideas?

My neighbor just got an order of C-141 and engine labels from him, but it took several months and many emails and phone calls. :dunno:

As I understand it from my few years around here, Vinylguy (Terry) does our decals and emblems as a sideline to his regular business (the one that pays his bills), so during particularly busy times he may be delayed in responding to our inquiries. The flip side to this is when he is able to service us, the quality of his product is outstanding, his prices are fair, and he often goes out of his way to help our members with a special request or custom graphic. My humble suggestion is that we just be patient and as soon as he can get some time to get back to us he will. I would guess in this tough economy he is probably working very hard to maintain his regular customer base. I don't think he's ignoring us intentionally - that's not his style!

Go to his Web-Site and order. If it says in stock you will get the decals fast. I ordered my 500 Special decals a couple weeks ago and within 10 days they were in my hands. Now mind you the 500 Special decals were in stock. Make sure your decals are "in stock" before holding Terry's feet to the fire.

And BTW the decals are worth waiting for. :dunno:

DITTO. Terry is a class act, well worth the wait. He supplies his phone contact info at the top of his home page, try giving him a call. First thing in the morning usually works best. :dunno:

This fall at our Meet and Greet I was fortunate enough to meet Terry for the first time. He made the trip over to our place and I will tell you that this guy really has a heart of gold and takes this hobby serious. While he was there he took the time to talk to so many guys in the hobby but he brought his camera along and was snapping pictures left and right to do research on decals to make sure they were just right. He is a perfectionist and wants to provide all of us with a quality product that we are all very proud of to display on our machines.

I am sure with the Christmas season upon us he has plenty of orders that he is trying to fill. Be patient, like it has been said, this is a side business that he does to try and help us with.

That's your best bet. I think Terry devotes one day per week to nothing but WH decals, so long as he has orders for them. If you order direct from the website, you will have them in a week or so.

And I must agree with the above posts- these decals are worth the wait. I've used his decals for several years, and they are very high quality.

I was out of the shop this afternoon and would like to let everyone know

I will be focusing on wheel horse orders every day during the Red Square Sale.

Things have been very busy this year but as usual the sign business slows a bit

through the Holidays. As always I make most orders up that are purchased through the store

as they come in. My wife Lola prints out the orders from the website and builds a production list for any decals needed

to fill the orders for that week. That makes it hard for me to overlook or forget an order. Thank GOD for her :dunno:

Special requests and custom inquiries via phone and or e-mail are the ones that get lost or overlooked or forgotten.

I clicked the link you provided in the ad from your post earlier today (i.e., XMAS 25% discount) and as a first timer, it was smooth as silk. I ordered the D-160 COMPLETE DECAL SET and the D SERIES HYDRO PUSH VALVE DECAL this afternoon.

If the quality of the decals are as good as the quality of the online ordering process you have in place, I'm sure I'll be happy :dunno:

Once I get them, I'll decide on some decals for my attachments. They look good in your website pictures.

i think anybody that has terrys decals on their tractors will agree with me when i say they are excellent quality. im sure you will be very happy with them.

and terry is a great guy, right up there with the quality of his work.......
