pfrederi 18,711 #1 Posted November 5, 2011 The lower steering support (#6396) has a brass sleeve in the hole the front shaft rides in. It is not listed as a separate part. Mine is badly worn and I pressed it out. now i can't find a replacement. It ID is 3/4" and the OD is 13/16 (the sleeve wall is 1/32" thick). I have searched McMasters, MSC, Fastnall and all their sleeves have 1/16" thick walls (the smallest OD you can get with a 3/4 ID is 7/8"). I suppose I could drill out the hole in the support to 7/8" but before i did that I was wondering if anyone knew of a source or had a better repair idea.
