Retired Wrencher 5,835 #1 Posted October 9, 2011 :thumbs2: leaves are falling so I got the old girl out. I need to put a bracket on the 10C.U. Cart so I can carry weed whacker and some shovels. I may use a front mount for all with round straight handles, then I am ready for anything Enjoy the picks. Gary B.........

PECVD2 1 #4 Posted October 12, 2011 Gary, nice pictures of a great tractor. I own a 1057 as well and would like to post pictures here as well, do you mind? We could just make it a permanant picture thread of 1057s helping out around our homes. If there is another place for these pics let me know. Admin please remove this post if it violates any rules. thanks from a newb, PECVD2 PS I did do a search for 1057 and didn't find much. Do I need to be more specific in my search?
CasualObserver 3,411 #5 Posted October 12, 2011 @ PECVD2, did you change the date range for your search? I get 10 pages of topics when I search for 1057. There is a drop-down box for the date range to search.... select "any date" in that spot. (or click here ---> Search results ) As for pictures, feel free to add them to this thread, or to the gallery, or start a thread of your own. The guys here like pictures (as I'm sure you see) along with stories about your horse(s). @ Gary, Nice job Gary, those hubcaps really set that tractor off. Good luck with the rest of your fall cleanup...winter's a coming!

AMC RULES 37,207 #12 Posted October 15, 2011 Great looking picts, and tractors here. Seems I'm always attracted to these 1057's because they remind me so much of my '68 Commando. For restoration purposes, I wonder if there're any similarities/interchange between these models, as in parts/implements they may share? :thumbs2:
Retired Wrencher 5,835 #13 Posted October 15, 2011 Craig your Commando is the same as a 857 in witch is the same as a 1057 less 2hp and u have head lights nice tractor with the newer style moons real sharp. enjoy T/Care Gary B..........
