Raider12 13 #1 Posted October 8, 2011 Hey guys, Im dealing with an issure with my 1990 520H and it's charging system. I searched the previous posting and read this particular one. http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=2953&hl= I started out with only 12.6 or so at the battery. I did test the stator and I have 30.6 ac. So I took a regulor out of my other 520 (that works) and installed it. Now I have WAY to much voltage. It's pushing over 17+ at the battery. The higher the RPMs the higher the voltage. I added the ground wire to the regulator and cleaned the connections as well as possible. Does this sound like the molex connector? Any ideas?
