JackC 617 #1 Posted October 6, 2011 I will be adding some instrumentation to the KT17 II on my C-175 including a tach and fuel gage. I will also be adding an oil pressure guage and I would like to add the oil fiter kit. Has anyone added the oil filter adapter and oil filter to a KT17 on a wheel Horse? Is there room behind the belt cover for an oil filter on the PTO side of the engine? Has anyone added the remote oil filter to the same engine? Have there been any issues? JackC 617 #3 Posted October 8, 2011 Yes it is a replacement engine . It is a 1989 engine and still painted grey. It has a cover over the oil filter adapter port. It also has a port for the oil pressure guage. The block appears to be the same as the Kohler M series engines. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
